Job Description
This position is for a Senior Product Designer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision and strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Convert executives' strategic initiatives into detailed product plans by conducting in-depth research, analyzing market trends, and identifying user needs.
- Collaborate with project management teams to create and refine design proposals, ensuring they meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key milestones, priorities, and timelines, facilitating alignment among stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Participate in the establishment and continuous improvement of the design system, creating reusable components, style guides, and design principles to maintain consistency across products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring the final product meets user needs and business goals.
- Design and present wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with the product roadmap.
- Work with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility, technical implementation, and alignment with project timelines.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions to refine and improve the product design, ensuring it meets quality standards and user requirements.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and user experience solutions.
- Excellent understanding of product design principles, including user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator, with the ability to create high-fidelity prototypes and user interfaces.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and ensures stakeholder alignment on project scope and timelines.
