Job Description
This position will support the product manager in various aspects of product development, from initial research to post-launch optimization. The role involves cross-departmental coordination, project tracking, and data analysis to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the product manager in conducting market research and product requirement analysis
- Participate in the planning and design process of the product
- Follow up on product development progress and coordinate resources across departments
- Ensure timely project progress and milestone achievement
- Support project management activities including preparing project plans and progress reports
- Coordinate resolution of project issues and roadblocks
- Collect and analyze post-launch product data to identify optimization opportunities
- Facilitate effective communication between teams and departments
- Maintain control over requirements, progress, and quality standards
- Organize and manage product documentation to ensure information accuracy
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and user requirements
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycle
- Proficiency in project management tools and documentation software
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with product management software (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
