Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the platform across major promotion channels (Telegram, Discord, Twitter, cooperative communities, media platforms, etc.).
2. Conduct in-depth research on the attributes and user behavior of different channels to develop differentiated operation strategies:
- Telegram → Community fission and agent communication
- Discord → Active engagement and event hosting
- Twitter → Brand exposure and leveraging trends
- KOL/media channels → Collaborative campaigns and conversion tracking
3. Design and optimize channel rules and processes to ensure clear user experience and conversion paths.
4. Collaborate with marketing, event, and data teams to monitor channel performance and continuously optimize (new user acquisition, activity levels, retention rates).
5. Regularly produce channel operation reviews, identifying growth opportunities and improvement plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the platform's presence across key digital channels.
- Develop tailored strategies for each platform to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Ensure seamless user experience through well-defined processes and rules.
- Work cross-functionally to align channel performance with overall business goals.
- Analyze data to refine strategies and report on key metrics.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with 2+ years of experience in channel/operations management. Familiarity with Web3 or internet overseas markets is a plus.
2. Deep understanding of social media and community operations, with the ability to tailor content and interaction strategies to different platforms.
3. Strong attention to detail in operations, capable of identifying issues through data and adjusting strategies accordingly.
4. Excellent cross-departmental coordination skills to quickly implement requirements.
5. Fluency in English or target market languages to communicate effectively with overseas users or agents.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing large Telegram/Discord communities with proven case studies.
- Familiarity with ad placements and KOL collaboration processes, understanding the balance between channel costs and conversion effectiveness.
- Knowledge of user segmentation and tag-based management, with a data-driven operational mindset.
- Ability to independently propose channel optimization rules or innovative approaches.
