Job Description:
The Event Operations Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing platform activities to drive user acquisition, conversion, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires strategic planning, cross-departmental collaboration, and continuous optimization based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop event operation strategies and plans focused on customer acquisition, conversion, activation, and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute platform activities aligned with business functions to enhance user participation and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution throughout the event lifecycle.
- Take ownership of event performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize event strategies accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovate event formats to improve user experience.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and operations with proven success.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to refine event strategies based on performance metrics.
- Innovative mindset to adapt event approaches according to market changes.
- Preferred: Prior experience in CEX user operations.
