Key Responsibilities
- Assist BD and channel operations with mid-office support
- Participate in exchange business growth initiatives
- Execute channel marketing campaigns and promotions
- Handle user feedback and improve service quality
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and communications
- Maintain operational documentation and data tracking
- Support customer service with operational back-end tasks
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, any major (Web3/exchange/fintech experience preferred)
- Strong interest in Web3 industry and willingness to learn exchange operations
- Excellent execution capability and sense of responsibility
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail in fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets/Lark/Notion with basic data skills
- Fluent Chinese, English as working language preferred
- Bonus: Knowledge of crypto trading, CEX models, derivatives, rebates, or community ops
