Job Description
As a key member of the Autonomous Worlds Research team, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing the evolving landscape of decentralized gaming ecosystems. Key Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor and report on the competitive landscape of autonomous worlds, including but not limited to decentralized governance models, play-to-earn mechanics, and NFT integration strategies
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar for research publications, ensuring timely delivery of analytical reports and market trend assessments
- Conduct interviews with leading developers and industry experts, producing in-depth articles that explore technical innovations and business strategies
- Organize and execute offline events such as developer summits, gaming expos, and educational workshops to strengthen AW Research's industry presence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research gaps and propose new content directions based on market needs

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain gaming research or related fields with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical content
- Strong understanding of onchain gaming mechanics, including smart contract interactions and decentralized infrastructure
- Ability to conduct in-depth interviews and translate technical discussions into engaging narratives for general audiences
