Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Systematically research and benchmark Web2 and Web3 content social platforms, including analyzing user engagement patterns, content distribution mechanisms, and platform scalability metrics
- Conduct in-depth competitor research by monitoring industry developments, tracking key players' strategies, and evaluating their content monetization models
- Perform data collection and analysis using quantitative tools to assess platform performance, user behavior metrics, and content quality indicators
- Design and develop content operation rules for Socialfi platforms, including creating community guidelines, content moderation policies, and incentive mechanisms
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to plan and execute content platform activities, focusing on user growth, engagement optimization, and community building
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies through KPI tracking, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and operational recommendations to stakeholders
- Stay updated on blockchain technology advancements and their impact on content creation, distribution, and monetization processes
- Develop content governance frameworks that balance user freedom with platform sustainability in decentralized environments
- Coordinate with technical teams to implement content analytics systems and data visualization tools for better decision-making
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in content strategy development for social platforms, preferably with Web3 ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, statistical analysis, and market research methodologies
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps)
- Excellent knowledge of content operation frameworks, including community management, content curation, and moderation systems
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and content analytics platforms
- Ability to design and implement complex content rules that align with platform business models
- Strong communication skills with ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with social media marketing and user engagement strategies in both Web2 and Web3 environments
- Knowledge of content monetization models, including token-based systems and NFT integration
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail with ability to analyze large datasets for actionable insights
- Fluency in English with ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Preferred: Experience with decentralized social platforms, blockchain-based content ecosystems, and DAO governance models
- Preferred: Familiarity with content marketing automation tools and user growth strategies
