Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain existing KOL channels to promote stable channel growth
- Follow up on feedback and needs from channel partners, promptly resolve issues and handle complaints, and maintain good cooperative relationships
- Assist in the planning, execution, and supervision of channel promotion activities, including online and offline events
- Coordinate internal team resources to support the smooth operation of channels
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in channel management, KOL operations or digital marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain partner relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address channel issues effectively
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with experience in planning marketing campaigns and events
- Proficiency in data analysis to measure channel performance and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the relevant industry sector
- Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing trends
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
