Job Description:
Position Title: Asset Operations Specialist for Decentralized Contract "Perp-Dex" Platform
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage relevant platform operation experience to coordinate cross-departmental efforts for new asset listings, ensuring all steps comply with company standards and procedures for stable and orderly execution.
- Maintain expertise in on-chain information and asset knowledge, monitoring competitor data and strategies. Provide timely updates on competitor listings and industry trends, compiling regular reports.
- Continuously track cryptocurrency market trends and sentiment, staying updated on industry developments. Share critical insights including core data metrics, community discussions, social media trends, competitor activities, and major industry announcements.
- Master the department's asset screening criteria. Conduct in-depth data and multi-dimensional analysis of potential projects, forming comprehensive conclusions based on historical data and experience.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, handling tasks such as launch event notifications, inter-departmental communications, and coordination with all relevant business units.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Strong familiarity with blockchain industry, with prior work experience preferred.
- Excellent operational and data analysis skills, with broad knowledge of blockchain projects and deep understanding of DEX platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, or related fields preferred. CFA certification is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, self-motivation, and strong professional ethics.
