Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and optimize internal processes across Criptoro’s Web3 and fintech ecosystem. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, support financial and transaction operations, and ensure smooth execution of product launches and day-to-day business activities.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of operations, finance, and product, helping scale blockchain-based solutions, including DeFi products and crypto payment systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize internal operational processes
Coordinate across product, engineering, marketing, and finance teams
Oversee crypto and fiat transaction flows
Support treasury operations (wallets, payments, fund allocation)
Assist in product launches and go-to-market execution
Track KPIs and prepare operational reports
Support partnerships and integrations from an operational perspective
Job Requirements:
Basic understanding of Web3, blockchain, or fintech
Experience with crypto wallets or DeFi protocols
Familiarity with tools such as Etherscan, Dune, or similar
Background in data analysis or finance
Strong analytical mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
