Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing the pledge lending operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of loans against collateral. The role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage pledge loan applications and documentation
- Verify collateral valuation and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams (risk, legal, finance) for loan approvals
- Monitor loan repayments and follow up on delinquencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain and update customer records in the lending system
- Handle customer inquiries regarding pledge loan products
- Prepare regular reports on loan portfolio performance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years experience in banking/lending operations, preferably in secured lending
- Strong understanding of collateral management and loan processing
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan management systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
