02 Community Manager [Full-time] The ideal blockchain community manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and growing our community of blockchain enthusiasts and supporters. This role involves fostering positive relationships with community members, driving engagement, and promoting the company's brand and values.Responsibilities:Community Engagement:Build, grow, and manage the company's online community across various platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other relevant community channels.Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation, user engagement and promote user-generated contentCreation and Curation:Create engaging and relevant content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, and to keep the community informed and engaged.Work closely with the product & marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all community channels.Feedback Collection and Analysis:Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and community initiatives.Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Event Planning and Management:Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as AMA sessions, webinars, meetups, and conferences, to foster a sense of community and engagement.
