Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Build, grow, and manage the company's online community across various platforms, including Telegram, Discord, Twitter, and other relevant community channels.
 - Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and relevant content, including social media posts, articles, newsletters, to keep the community informed and engaged.
 - Feedback Collection and Analysis: Gather feedback from the community to inform product development, marketing strategies, and community initiatives. Analyze community feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
 - Event Planning and Management: Organize and manage virtual and in-person events, such as AMA sessions, webinars, meetups, and conferences, to foster a sense of community and engagement.
 
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation, user engagement, and promote user-generated content.
 - Work closely with the product & marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all community channels.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or tech industry.
 - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency communities.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Ability to create engaging content and manage multiple social media platforms.
 - Experience in organizing and managing community events.
 - Analytical skills to interpret community feedback and engagement metrics.
