Job Description
We are recruiting a group of early community contributors to participate in community building and user growth for the project. In the first phase, approximately 10 candidates will be selected for a probationary period. During this time, you will be involved in community maintenance, content dissemination, and basic user growth initiatives. After the probationary period, 2-3 outstanding members will be selected to become official community moderators (Mods), receiving a stable subsidy of approximately 200U per month. This is not a one-time promotional task—we are looking for individuals willing to engage long-term in project development and contribute to ecosystem growth. Key responsibilities during the probationary period include:
- Assisting in Telegram community maintenance and user guidance
- Conducting basic content dissemination or reposting on X (Twitter)
- Guiding new users to understand and participate in the project
- Experimenting with simple user acquisition methods and providing feedback
Exceptional performers will have the opportunity to transition into official Mod roles and take on more community and growth-related responsibilities.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Active on Twitter (X) and Telegram
- Basic English communication skills
- Familiarity with Web3/crypto industry
- Willingness to undergo a probationary period before formal Mod evaluation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Owns a community or is active in multiple relevant groups
- Experience in community management, promotion, or Web3 project participation
- Capable of content creation or dissemination on X
- Strong execution and communication skills
We prioritize execution ability and stability—having a follower base is a plus.
