Job Description:
The Trading System Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing core trading modules, including but not limited to matching engines, order management, risk control logic, and trade matching algorithms. This role requires building high-performance, stable, and scalable Golang backend services to meet the high-concurrency and low-latency demands of trading systems. The engineer will actively participate in system architecture design and performance optimization, ensuring technical solutions are effectively implemented. Collaboration with product, quantitative, frontend, and QA teams is essential to maintain system delivery efficiency and stability. Additionally, the role involves promoting automated deployment and continuous integration processes to enhance R&D efficiency. Staying updated with industry trends and exploring cutting-edge technologies for trading systems is also expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop core trading modules (matching engine, order management, risk control, etc.)
- Build high-performance Golang backend services for high-concurrency trading systems
- Participate in system architecture design and performance optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, quant, frontend, QA) to ensure system stability
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency
- Research and apply emerging technologies in trading systems
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of backend development experience, with 2+ years in Java/Golang (Java-to-Golang transition candidates welcome)
- Experience with CEX/DEX trading systems preferred (familiarity with matching engines, order books, risk control)
- Strong knowledge of high-concurrency system architecture (goroutines, message queues, caching)
- Proficient in database design/optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
- Solid API design skills (RESTful interfaces)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fast learner with strong sense of responsibility
