Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Traffic Operations Specialist to join our team. This full-time remote position focuses on driving traffic acquisition and user conversion for our trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing various traffic platforms and optimizing user engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Traffic Platform Operation: Manage traffic acquisition and user conversion for trading websites. Master operational strategies across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok) to achieve precise traffic. Monitor platform updates to capture traffic opportunities.
- User Demand Insight: Research trading customers' behavior, needs, and pain points to develop targeted strategies. Analyze user quality across channels and optimize acquisition paths.
- Traffic Conversion Optimization: Plan and execute conversion activities (promotions, incentives, community interactions) to boost retention. Collaborate with tech teams to optimize platform entry points.
- Data Analysis & Strategy Adjustment: Track traffic/user behavior data to analyze ad performance and create improvement plans. Adjust strategies based on data to meet growth targets.
- Creative Activity Planning: Develop innovative traffic growth strategies and engaging activities. Explore emerging platforms and markets for new growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in traffic operations, digital marketing, or related fields
- Strong expertise in managing Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and other traffic platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing platform algorithms and market trends
- Experience in trading or financial platforms is a plus
