Marketing Manager 1. Collaborate with our existing marketing managers to carry out all marketing and communication work. 2. Set and achieve marketing key performance indicators based on the company's overall development strategy and goals. 3. Develop the company's marketing strategy. 4. Create and manage the company's marketing activities. 5. Strive for media opportunities to enhance brand and technology awareness. 6. Jointly manage our social media, public communication, and content calendar. 7. Develop short and long form content for our marketing channels. 8. Manage marketing budget. 9. Develop and improve the company's brand strategy and core information. Ensure that this is reflected in all the content we publish. 10. Develop marketing materials (such as Pitch decks, Litepaper) for external communication. 11. Monitor and optimize search engines for content on all platforms. 12. Continuously monitor the indicators and progress of the company's website, blog, and social media. Analyze the sources and types of our traffic to determine if we have reached our target audience. Adjust tactics as needed to achieve goals. Attention: This role currently does not include personnel management responsibilities, but as our team expands, there will be opportunities to grow into a management role.
