Job Description
As a Web3 Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns in the Web3 space. Your role encompasses strategic planning, project coordination, resource allocation, timeline management, and post-campaign analysis to create differentiated engagement strategies that enhance brand visibility and influence.
You will continuously monitor Web3 industry trends and competitor activities to identify marketing opportunities and optimize strategies. By analyzing marketing data and core metrics, you will generate insightful reports to refine future campaigns and align with overall brand marketing objectives.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product and operations is essential to ensure marketing initiatives synchronize with product updates and user engagement strategies, ultimately driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive Web3 marketing campaigns from conception to completion
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights in the Web3 space
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product development

Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably from advertising agencies or tech companies with proven campaign success
- Strong project management skills with ability to oversee entire campaign lifecycle
- Deep understanding of Web3 marketing channels (X, Telegram, short video platforms, etc.)
- Excellent content creation skills with strong aesthetic judgment for brand-aligned materials
- Analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from marketing data
- Fluency in English is a significant advantage
- Passion for Web3 and blockchain technology
