Job Description
This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive BitRobot's mission and growth. The ideal candidate will establish a strong brand identity and engage diverse audiences, including robotics and crypto communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with BitRobot's mission and growth objectives.
- Brand Development: Establish and maintain a strong brand identity, narrative, and positioning to communicate BitRobot’s value proposition effectively.
- Community Growth: Design and execute initiatives to grow and engage global communities across platforms like YouTube, Twitter, Discord, Reddit, and Telegram.
- Content & PR: Oversee compelling content creation (social media, blogs, videos) and manage PR to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
- Event Management: Drive virtual and in-person events to promote BitRobot’s mission and deepen engagement across robotics and crypto communities.
- Performance & Analytics: Define KPIs, track marketing performance, and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, ownership, and results.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably in tech, robotics, or blockchain industries.
- Strong background in brand development and community engagement across multiple platforms.
- Experience managing content creation, PR, and event coordination.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize marketing strategies.
- Leadership skills to build and mentor a dynamic marketing team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in both robotics and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
- Familiarity with decentralized communities and Web3 marketing strategies.
- Track record of scaling global brands through innovative marketing initiatives.
