Key Responsibilities
- Manage the market mechanism, liquidity hedging, and risk management of the exchange based on contract business objectives
- Oversee market making management within the exchange platform
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain optimal liquidity levels
- Monitor market trends and adjust risk parameters accordingly
- Collaborate with trading teams to ensure efficient execution of market making strategies
- Analyze trading patterns and implement improvements to market mechanisms
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in exchange operations or market making
- Strong understanding of derivatives and contract trading
- Proficiency in risk management methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
- Knowledge of algorithmic trading strategies is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges
- Familiarity with order book dynamics
