Senior Legal Advisor (Crypto Licensing UAE & Europe Focus)
This role involves leading cryptocurrency license applications in the UAE (VARA, ADGM, DIFC) and Europe (BaFin, CSSF, AMF, etc.). You will guide the business through complex regulatory requirements and collaborate with consultants and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end virtual asset licensing process for UAE and EU.
- Provide legal advice on MiCA, AML/CFT, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Draft legal documents, internal policies, and compliance strategies.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (including internships and full-time roles).
- Mixed or on-site work mode (based in Dubai).
- Strong understanding of crypto regulations in UAE and Europe.
Junior Legal Assistant (Crypto Compliance & Licensing Support)

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and organizing license applications for UAE and EU.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory trends and compliance obligations.
- Support documentation, due diligence, and internal coordination.
- Assist in maintaining trackers, SOPs, and regulatory logs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience (internships included).
- On-site work style (Dubai only).
- Strong interest in crypto regulations and compliance.
