We are recruiting legal roles in crypto regulation with a focus on UAE and European markets. Join our rapidly growing Web3 company to shape the future of crypto compliance and licensing. We are hiring for two positions: a Senior Legal Advisor and a Junior Legal Assistant.
Senior Legal Advisor (Crypto Licensing UAE & Europe Focus)
This role involves leading cryptocurrency license applications in the UAE (VARA, ADGM, DIFC) and Europe (BaFin, CSSF, AMF, etc.). You will guide the business through complex regulatory requirements and collaborate with consultants and regulatory agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end virtual asset licensing process for UAE and EU.
- Provide legal advice on MiCA, AML/CFT, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Draft legal documents, internal policies, and compliance strategies.
- Liaise with regulatory agencies, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of work experience (including internships and full-time roles).
- Mixed or on-site work mode (based in Dubai).
- Strong understanding of crypto regulations in UAE and Europe.
Junior Legal Assistant (Crypto Compliance & Licensing Support)
This is an excellent opportunity to start your legal career in the rapidly evolving crypto industry. You will support the legal team in licensing tasks, research, documentation, and compliance coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and organizing license applications for UAE and EU.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory trends and compliance obligations.
- Support documentation, due diligence, and internal coordination.
- Assist in maintaining trackers, SOPs, and regulatory logs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience (internships included).
- On-site work style (Dubai only).
- Strong interest in crypto regulations and compliance.
