Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong backend and frontend capabilities, coupled with practical experience or a keen interest in AI programming. You will be involved in the design and development of core systems while exploring the practical applications of AI in real-world business scenarios (e.g., code generation, automation, data analysis, etc.). We prioritize code quality and tangible results over unnecessary meetings and bureaucratic processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services (Java / Spring Boot)
- Participate in frontend application development (React.js) and optimize user experience
- Design and implement highly available, high-performance system architectures
- Integrate AI tools (e.g., code assistants, automation tools) into the development workflow to enhance efficiency
- Engage in product requirement analysis and technical solution design
- Continuously improve code quality, performance, and development processes
Job Requirements:
- Core Competencies:
- 3+ years of software development experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
- Solid Java foundation with proficiency in Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
- Proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development (Hooks, state management, etc.)
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud services (e.g., AWS)
- Background in data analysis or AI application development
- Experience with high-concurrency systems
- AI Programming (Key Focus):
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.
- Understanding of how to leverage AI to enhance development efficiency (e.g., code generation, debugging, refactoring)
- Practical experience in integrating AI tools into projects or workflows (a strong plus)
- Ability to build custom Prompt/Agent workflows
- Experience applying AI to code generation, testing, or even business logic implementation
