Job Description
Investment Research Intern (Web3) is a dynamic role designed to support the Investment Research Director in exploring and analyzing opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem. This position involves conducting in-depth research on emerging technologies, market trends, and investment prospects to inform strategic decisions. The intern will work closely with the team to identify high-potential projects, evaluate resource allocation, and contribute to the development of comprehensive research frameworks. The role also requires maintaining a proactive approach to monitoring market dynamics, ensuring that all relevant data is captured and organized effectively for further analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Investment Research Director in conducting research and tracking on the Web3 track, including monitoring industry developments and analyzing emerging trends.
 - Support the completion of track information research, systematically organizing findings into structured projects and resource databases.
 - Perform daily market dynamics tracking, including data collection, analysis, and organization to provide actionable insights.
 - Help organize meeting minutes and interview records, ensuring clarity and accessibility for team members and stakeholders.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, contributing to the creation of detailed reports and presentations.
 - Stay updated on the latest advancements in blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to maintain the relevance of research efforts.
 - Participate in the evaluation of potential investment targets, providing preliminary assessments based on market data and industry analysis.
 - Develop and maintain a database of key players, projects, and resources within the Web3 space, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily navigable.
 - Assist in the preparation of investor briefings and market updates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.
 - Contribute to the design of research methodologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data analysis processes.
 
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field with a strong academic record.
 - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python, with experience in handling large datasets and performing statistical analysis.
 - Knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) to understand the technical aspects of Web3 projects.
 - Strong research skills, including the ability to conduct independent research, identify credible sources, and synthesize complex information into clear summaries.
 - Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members.
 - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
 - Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written formats.
 - Basic understanding of financial markets and investment principles to provide context for research findings.
 - Experience with market research methodologies and tools, including SWOT analysis, competitive benchmarking, and trend forecasting.

 - Knowledge of digital asset markets and the ability to analyze market trends and investment opportunities within this space.
