Job Description
This role focuses on identifying early Alpha opportunities in the DeFi space. The responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive research on trending Web3 topics and mature/early-stage projects, combining industry trends and on-chain data to build a multidimensional analysis framework for predicting potential returns and risks.
- Analyzing tokenomics, developing token valuation models, and quantitatively assessing project intrinsic value to produce high-quality in-depth research reports.
- Demonstrating expertise in multi-chain ecosystems and various protocols, with a keen eye for market opportunities and a deep understanding of protocol mechanisms.
- Identifying arbitrage pathways and executing optimal strategies with quick reflexes.
- Engaging with investment research communities to gather and validate first-hand information, providing timely market strategy recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential DeFi projects through data-driven analysis.
- Develop and refine token valuation models to support investment decisions.
- Monitor and capitalize on APR fluctuations, TVL migrations, and market trends.
- Execute short-term trading strategies in volatile market conditions.
- Collaborate with the team to share insights and enhance decision-making processes.
Job Requirements
- Strong familiarity with Web3, blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and DeFi ecosystems, with a deep understanding of core logic and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Dune Analytics, with excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Proven short-term trading ability, capable of making quick decisions in high-volatility markets, with a solid risk management framework.
- High market sensitivity to detect trends, TVL shifts, and APR changes, with strong judgment on market cycles.
- Prior experience in investment research, such as early-stage project participation or high-quality industry report writing, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex on-chain data and project logic clearly for team decision-making.
