Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional to join our team as a Web3 Investment Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking global Web3 industry trends, evaluating blockchain projects, and supporting our investment activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain technology and digital asset investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and track global Web3 industry trends, project developments, and technological advancements
- Conduct feasibility assessments, financial modeling, and valuation analysis for blockchain and virtual asset projects
- Participate in project due diligence and prepare comprehensive investment analysis reports
- Create internal and external reporting materials for investment decisions
- Assist in designing investment plans, arranging transaction structures, and executing investment processes
- Establish and maintain relationships with project teams, VC institutions, and ecosystem partners
- Support portfolio management by monitoring project progress and market performance
- Contribute to strategic company projects including stablecoin issuance and ecosystem development
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years experience in investment analysis, preferably in blockchain/Web3 space
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Excellent research, analytical, and report writing skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with smart contract analysis or blockchain development
- Previous work in venture capital or investment banking
- Deep knowledge of DeFi, NFTs, or other Web3 verticals
- Existing network in the blockchain/crypto industry
