Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to develop and implement strategic marketing plans aimed at user acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization. The ideal candidate will drive market expansion, enhance product competitiveness, and optimize user experience through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotion plans to attract precise users, ensuring project success and market share growth.
  • Identify potential market opportunities, analyze competitors, and enhance product competitiveness through continuous optimization of user experience.
  • Conduct data analysis to explore effective channels and optimize user acquisition methods.
  • Monitor market trends, collect data for analysis and forecasting, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Lead the user growth team to expand C-end user base, focusing on private domain traffic (overseas social media, forums, KOL/KOC partnerships, universities in North/South America, and Southeast Asia).
  • Plan and execute online customer acquisition campaigns to drive user growth through dissemination and viral strategies.
  • Analyze user lifecycle and behavior to optimize activation, engagement, payment, repurchase, and sharing.
  • Formulate medium- and long-term overseas business strategies to establish the company's design brand internationally.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing, user growth, or related fields, preferably in a digital or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in competitor analysis, market research, and trend forecasting.
  • Proficiency in planning and executing online marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of overseas markets and experience in international brand expansion is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in private domain traffic management, including social media, forums, and influencer collaborations.
  • Familiarity with user behavior analysis and funnel optimization techniques.
  • Background in design or creative industries is advantageous.
