Job Description
Responsible for the overall operational strategy and business planning of the exchange, setting phased operational goals and driving their implementation, and being accountable for core business metrics such as trading users, trading volume, revenue, activity, and retention. Oversee businesses including spot trading, contracts, user growth, campaigns, and platform operations, continuously optimizing the full lifecycle of users from registration, deposit, trading to retention. Develop growth strategies based on market changes, user behavior, and operational data to consistently enhance the scale of trading users, trading activity, and user value. Lead the planning and execution of key operational and growth projects, establishing mechanisms for evaluating campaign costs, risks, and ROI, while continuously conducting business reviews and strategy optimizations. Manage the operations team, including goal decomposition, task allocation, process management, and team building, to improve overall delivery efficiency. Collaborate with product, technology, marketing, BD, and risk control teams to drive the implementation of key business initiatives, taking ownership of operational projects and final business outcomes.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crypto/Web3/CEX operations, with 3+ years in team management or leadership roles.
- Proven track record in CEX platform operations, with expertise in spot/contract trading and user growth.
- Strong business acumen with direct accountability for core metrics like trading volume and user retention.
- Excellent data analysis and strategic planning skills to drive actionable insights.
- Effective team management and cross-department collaboration abilities.
- Deep understanding of the crypto market and user needs, with a results-driven mindset.
- Prior experience in leading exchanges is a plus.
