Job Description
The role is positioned as a multifaceted ecological project operator responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of ecological projects, from application and evaluation to technical integration, progress tracking, and final acceptance. The core mission is to help the team establish an executable, traceable, evaluable, and reviewable operational system for ecological projects. This is not a traditional execution-focused role but requires an understanding of the growth logic of early-stage public blockchain ecosystems, collaborating with developers, project teams, technical teams, and ecosystem teams to facilitate the genuine integration, delivery, and consolidation of high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire process of BOT Chain ecological projects, from application to acceptance, including project data collection, preliminary screening, progress tracking, milestone reminders, risk feedback, and result archiving.
- Technical Support Coordination: Serve as the operational liaison between project teams and internal technical teams, assisting project teams in understanding BOT Chain's technical documentation, integration processes, development requirements, and testing standards. Conduct preliminary troubleshooting for issues raised by project teams (e.g., API/SDK integration, Demo execution, contract deployment, on-chain interactions, Bot application integration).
- Project Acceptance Management: Assist in establishing and executing project acceptance criteria based on BOT Chain's ecosystem support policies, ensuring project teams submit deliverables as required. Deliverables include but are not limited to: project Demo, code repository, product documentation, technical integration notes, test records, deployment links, on-chain interaction data, user/community feedback, and milestone reports.
- Ecosystem Support Resource Tracking: Document ecosystem support resources allocated to projects, including technical assistance, marketing exposure, grants, hackathon rewards, mentorship, collaboration opportunities, and investor referrals, ensuring transparent and traceable resource allocation.
- Risk & Issue Management: Continuously monitor project progress, identifying risks such as delays, technical bottlenecks, inadequate quality, team disengagement, incomplete deliverables, or unclear acceptance criteria, and drive cross-functional resolution.
- Project Database Maintenance: Build and maintain a BOT Chain ecological project ledger, capturing data on project tags, sector classification, team background, development progress, technical integration status, acceptance status, support resources, and post-delivery outcomes.
- SOP & Operational Template Development: Assist in building operational infrastructure, including project application forms, evaluation templates, technical support logs, acceptance checklists, retrospective templates, FAQs, and onboarding documentation for project teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, FinTech, Blockchain, Project Management, Product Operations, or related fields preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in project operations, ecosystem operations, developer relations, technical support, PMO, product operations, or Web3 project management.
- Basic understanding of Web3, public blockchain ecosystems, AI Agents, Bots, DApps, smart contracts, developer tools, or open-source projects.
- Strong project execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining clarity on progress, priorities, and risks.
- Ability to interpret technical materials such as documentation, API/SDK guides, GitHub repositories, product demos, and test feedback.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among project teams, developers, technical teams, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Proficient documentation skills to independently produce meeting notes, acceptance reports, process guidelines, SOPs, and retrospective documents.
- English proficiency for virtual meetings with public blockchain project teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Participation in grant programs, hackathons, developer communities, Web3 accelerators, ecosystem funds, or early-stage project incubation.
- Experience in technical support, testing/acceptance, developer relations, or project delivery management.
- Familiarity with ecosystem growth or project support mechanisms of public blockchains like Solana, Polygon, Base, Aptos, or Sui.
- English reading/writing proficiency to review overseas blockchain documentation, grant rules, hackathon pages, or developer resources.
Benefits
Salary to be determined during the interview process.
