股票社区增长 · KOL商务负责人（全球）
岗位职责
拓展并维护本地传统股票交易社群/股票KOL/券商生态渠道（交易群、投顾/培训、直播间、论坛、Telegram/Discord等），对拉新 + 合约交易量增长结果负责。
结合股票圈用户习惯，搭建并复制“股票内容/信号/投教 → 导流注册 → 入金 → 首单 → 复购”增长链路：合作分层、激励/返佣、专属链接/邀请码、素材包、结算对账等，带队落地。
联动运营/市场团队策划执行本地活动（AMA、直播课、训练营、热点行情专题、模拟交易等），提升用户参与度、转化率与本地品牌影响力。
维护头部渠道/KOL关系，推动合作目标、交付节奏与复盘，确保合作稳定产出。
跟踪本地股票/外汇/加密衍生品趋势与竞品动态，输出市场反馈与可执行建议，推动产品/运营优化。
Stock Community Growth · KOL Business Development Lead (Global)
Job Responsibilities
Expand and maintain the local traditional stock trading community/stock KOLs/broker ecosystem channels (trading groups, investment advisors/training, live streaming rooms, forums, Telegram/Discord, etc.), taking full responsibility for new user acquisition and contract trading volume growth.
Based on the habits of stock traders, build and replicate the growth funnel of \"stock content/signals/investment education →registration → deposit → first trade → repeat purchase\": including partner tiering, incentives/rebates, exclusive links/invitation codes, marketing material packages, settlement and reconciliation, etc., and lead the team in execution.
Collaborate with the operations/marketing team to plan and execute local events (AMA, live courses, training camps, hot topic specials, simulated trading, etc.) to enhance user engagement, conversion rates, and local brand influence.
Maintain relationships with top channels/KOLs, drive the achievement of cooperation goals, manage delivery schedules and performance reviews, and ensure stable cooperation output.
Track local trends in stocks/forex/crypto derivatives and competitor activities, provide market feedback and actionable suggestions, and promote product/operation optimization.
Job Requirements:
任职要求
大专及以上；3–6年以上BD/渠道增长经验；有传统券商/股票投教/股票社区/外汇或CFD平台相关从业经验优先（券商经纪、IB渠道、增长、投教/社区运营等）。
必须熟悉传统股票社区的增长逻辑：内容/投教驱动、信号/策略驱动、直播/训练营转化、社群裂变、代理/IB体系等；能把合作从“曝光”做成“可转化漏斗”。
有本地股票/外汇交易社群、股票KOL、券商渠道、投教机构、代理体系资源者优先。
结果导向：能用数据管理合作方（注册、首入金/首充、交易活跃、交易量、ROI/CAC等）。
沟通谈判强、执行力强、抗压强。
加分项：了解Crypto行业，或有交易所/加密项目BD经验；理解Crypto合约/衍生品增长与转化逻辑更佳。
不强制要求懂Crypto：若股票社区增长经验扎实，可入职后通过内部投教/转化SOP快速补齐。
语言（按市场选择）：越南语/日语/韩语/中文/乌尔都语/阿拉伯语(或库尔德语)/达里语(或普什图语)+英语。
Requirements
Associate degree or above; 3–6+ years of BD/channel growth experience; prior experience in traditional brokerages/stock investment education/stock communities/forex or CFD platforms is preferred (brokerage, IB channels, growth, investment education/community operations, etc.).
Must be familiar with the growth logic of traditional stock communities: content/investment education driven, signals/strategies driven, live streaming/training camp conversion, community fission, agent/IB systems, etc.; ability to turn partnerships from mere \"exposure\" into a convertible funnel.
Candidates with resources in local stock/forex trading communities, stock KOLs, broker channels, investment education institutions, or agent systems are preferred.
Result-oriented: able to manage partners using data (registrations, first deposit/first recharge, trading activity, trading volume, ROI/CAC, etc.).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, strong execution ability, and ability to work under pressure.
Bonus Point：
Understanding of the Crypto industry or experience in exchange/crypto project BD; understanding of Crypto contract/derivative growth and conversion logic is a plus.
Knowledge of Crypto is not mandatory: If you have solid experience in stock community growth, you can quickly fill the gap through internal investment education/conversion SOPs after joining.
Language requirements (varies by market): Vietnamese/Japanese/Korean/Chinese/Urdu/Arabic (or Kurdish)/Dari (or Pashto) + English.
