Job Description

The CURI AI Growth Lead (open to all experience levels) will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue growth by systematically executing daily tasks. This role involves participating in diverse projects such as business development, investment attraction, and product planning. Additionally, the candidate will support internal operations and manage external partnerships to ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily tasks to enhance user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Participate in business development initiatives and investment attraction strategies
  • Contribute to product planning and development processes
  • Support internal operational efficiency and workflow optimization
  • Manage and nurture external partnerships to drive collaborative success
Job Requirements
  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong academic background with practical problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience generating meaningful revenue through personal ventures (failure experience is also valued), prior involvement as a core startup team member, or global work/study experience
