Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing the league’s airdrop strategy to drive user acquisition and community engagement within the Web3 pro sports ecosystem.
 - Conducting in-depth cohort analyses to identify growth patterns, user behavior trends, and areas for optimization across the platform.
 - Collaborating with the league’s founding product manager to refine onboarding processes and improve front-end user flows for better conversion rates.
 - Creating compelling narratives and memes that align with the league’s brand identity and resonate with its target audience in the Web3 space.
 - Developing a comprehensive shitposting strategy to foster organic engagement, build brand awareness, and cultivate a loyal community.
 - Working synergistically with karate combat’s social media and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with broader brand objectives and campaign strategies.
 - Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of growth tactics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
 - Staying abreast of emerging trends in Web3 technology and pro sports to identify innovative opportunities for growth and engagement.
 - Designing and implementing A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize user acquisition channels.
 - Building and maintaining relationships with influencers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to amplify the league’s reach and impact.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth hacking, preferably within Web3 projects or sports-related ventures.
 - Strong analytical skills with expertise in user acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.
 - Fluency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and experience with cohort analysis techniques.
 - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging narratives and visual content for diverse audiences.
 - Deep understanding of blockchain technology, NFTs, and decentralized applications (dApps) in the context of sports.
 - Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools to execute effective marketing campaigns.
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to achieve growth goals.
 - Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to develop innovative solutions for user engagement challenges.
 - Knowledge of Web3 community dynamics and the ability to build trust and loyalty through strategic interactions.
 - Excellent time management skills to balance multiple growth initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
 - Proficiency in English, with additional language skills preferred for global audience engagement.
 - Experience with cryptocurrency wallets, blockchain explorers, and decentralized platforms to understand user onboarding pain points.
 - Ability to create and execute data-driven experiments to test and refine growth hypotheses.
 - Strong understanding of the sports industry, including fan engagement, event marketing, and athlete branding.
 - Experience with content moderation and community management to maintain a positive brand reputation.
 - Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing strategies to complement growth hacking efforts.
 - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders in the Web3 and sports ecosystems.
 - Excellent attention to detail and ability to track user behavior across multiple touchpoints and platforms.
 - Proficiency in using analytics platforms to measure the impact of growth initiatives and provide actionable insights.
