Job Description
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our trading platforms and marketing materials. This role requires a creative individual who can translate marketing needs into compelling visual content while maintaining brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual design for trading platforms, including peripheral product design (gift sets, brand culture shirts, office supplies, etc.)
- Design online and offline event materials such as posters, banners, and invitations
- Create marketing advertisements and social media visual content (event banners, theme illustrations, etc.)
- Establish and maintain a brand visual specification manual to ensure design consistency
- Independently complete the entire design process from creative conception to finished product
- Provide differentiated visual solutions for various marketing scenarios
- Regularly output innovative design solutions and optimize brand visual performance
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure designs accurately convey marketing demands
- Participate in creative brainstorming meetings and provide professional visual advice
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in visual design, preferably in trading platforms or financial services
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across various design outputs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of marketing principles and ability to translate them into visual designs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial or trading platform design
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles
- Animation or motion graphics skills
- Experience working in agile development environments
