Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to design and implement high-performance backend services including APIs, microservices, and databases. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with frontend engineers, smart contract developers, and product managers to define project requirements and ensure seamless workflows between on-chain and off-chain applications.
The role requires strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve complex issues in backend systems while maintaining stability and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services with focus on performance and availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and meet project requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend system issues
- Maintain system stability and optimize performance metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CEX/DEX platforms and deep understanding of trading systems
- Hands-on experience with DeFi projects (DEX/lending protocols/cross-chain bridges)
- Familiarity with market maker mechanisms or AMM mathematical models
- Experience handling high-concurrency financial systems
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of backend development experience building stable, scalable and secure applications
- Expertise in Golang and frameworks like gin/gozero, with ability to quickly learn new languages (Typescript/Rust/Node.js)
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and experience designing high-concurrency architectures
- Strong knowledge of API development principles and RESTful service implementation
- Proficiency in relational (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) database design and management
- Proactive approach to researching and adopting new technologies
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to handle work pressure
