Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services, including APIs, microservices, and databases, ensuring high performance and availability.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, smart contract engineers, and product managers to define and meet project requirements.
• Ensure seamless workflows between off-chain and on-chain applications.
• Track, identify, and resolve complex issues within backend systems, focusing on stability and performance.
• Continuously optimize and improve backend infrastructure for scalability and reliability.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, with the ability to build stable, scalable, and secure backend applications.
• Proficiency in Golang and its frameworks, with the ability to quickly learn new programming languages such as TypeScript, Rust, or Node.js.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems theory and hands-on experience designing high-concurrency, high-availability, and scalable architectures.
• Strong knowledge of API development principles and experience building RESTful services.
• Solid experience in database design, management, and migration strategies for relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (Redis) databases.
• Proactive in researching and adopting new technologies to enhance products and codebases.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel occasionally is a plus.
• Experience working with CEX or DEX platforms and a deep understanding of trading systems is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with DeFi-related projects (e.g., DEX, lending protocols, cross-chain bridges) is a plus.
• Familiarity with market maker mechanisms or a basic understanding of AMM mathematical models is a plus.
• Experience handling high-concurrency financial systems is a plus.
