Job Description
The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in supporting business growth and strategic decision-making through comprehensive financial modeling and analysis. This position requires deep understanding of contract business modules and token economics to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Support & Strategic Analysis:
- Develop financial models to support business growth and product optimization
- Assist in annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and resource allocation planning
- Analyze core metrics including revenue structure, cost attribution, token incentive efficiency, and user LTV
- Conduct financial feasibility studies and ROI analysis for new products/markets/activities
- Track business line profitability through business unit P&L modeling
- Token Economics & Incentive Modeling:
- Evaluate platform token usage and economic impact across business modules
- Assist in designing token distribution/burning mechanisms and analyzing their effects
- Build "Token Consumption-Incentive Cost-ROI" models
- Provide financial assessments for marketing/ecosystem incentive programs
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with business/data/market/risk/legal teams to integrate financial perspectives
- Optimize financial participation in business approval/budget allocation processes
- Contribute to building financial BP analysis systems and visualization tools
- Data-driven Insights:
- Collaborate with data teams to analyze business metrics and financial outcomes
- Identify financial variables behind operational challenges
- Integrate financial data with business metrics (trading volume, fee rates, user activity)
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of contract business models and rebate mechanisms
- Expertise in policy logic including bonuses, virtual funds, and trial funds
- Proven experience in financial modeling and quantitative analysis
- Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
