The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in crypto, a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, excellent sales and communication skills, and a network in the DeFi space.Key Responsibilities:Identify target markets, segments, and key accounts for prioritization.Set sales goals, objectives, and track progress through OKRs.Represent LSP at international events and drive user and partnership acquisitionCollaborate with operations, product, and marketing teams to align sales strategies.Actively prospect clients, partners, and users in the Web3 space.Build a strong pipeline and maintain relationships for long-term satisfaction and retention.Leverage networks in Americas, Europe, and the Middle East for business opportunities.
