Job Description
Responsible for establishing an ecosystem for public chains, this role focuses on building and maintaining a comprehensive framework that supports the development, integration, and growth of blockchain technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, foster collaboration between developers, enterprises, and users, and ensure the ecosystem remains secure, efficient, and aligned with industry standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand the public chain ecosystem, including partnerships, technical standards, and community engagement programs.
- Collaborate with blockchain developers, project managers, and stakeholders to design and optimize decentralized platforms, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor ecosystem health through performance analytics, user feedback, and security audits to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in blockchain ecosystem development, with a strong background in public chain technologies such as Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or Polkadot.
- Deep technical knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and decentralized application (dApp) development.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including developers, enterprises, and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to assess ecosystem performance, user engagement, and market trends.
