As a Developer Relations (DevRel) Manager, you will be the key driver of developer acquisition and engagement for the Hemera Protocol. You will build and nurture a community of developers, advocate for their needs, and create resources to help them succeed with the Hemera Protocol.Key Responsibilities:Drive developer acquisition and engagement through outreach, events, and community-building initiatives.Act as the primary point of contact between developers and the internal team, ensuring their needs are communicated and addressed.Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and other resources that help developers integrate and build on the Hemera Protocol.Organize hackathons, workshops, and meetups to foster a thriving developer community.Engage with developers on forums, social media, and other platforms to provide support and gather feedback.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align developer outreach with the broader strategy.Monitor developer engagement metrics and optimize strategies to increase developer retention and satisfaction.
