Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with existing developers and market-makers to troubleshoot technical issues and refine product strategies within the Tensor framework.
 - Identify and onboard new developers and market-makers, ensuring they understand Tensor’s architecture, tools, and community guidelines.
 - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including API guides, tutorials, and technical specifications, to support user adoption and developer integration.
 - Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our open-source repositories, ensuring code quality, version control, and community engagement.
 - Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and educational content to showcase Tensor’s capabilities to potential users, partners, and investors.
 - Act as a liaison between the development team and the broader community, fostering collaboration and addressing feedback to improve product offerings.
 - Contribute to the design and implementation of tools and resources that simplify the onboarding process for new contributors.
 - Monitor and analyze community activity to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth within the Tensor ecosystem.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in software development or product management, with a strong understanding of open-source workflows and community building.
 - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with developers and market-makers.
 - Ability to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that aligns with technical standards and business goals.
 - Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with maintaining open-source repositories and forums.
 - Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling demos and public speaking engagements for Tensor’s products.
 - Collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering developer communities and driving product innovation.
 - Technical expertise in areas such as API design, system architecture, or DevOps to support development and maintenance tasks.
 - Experience with community management tools and platforms to streamline onboarding and engagement processes.
 - Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives, with flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs.
 - Knowledge of open-source licensing, governance models, and best practices to ensure compliance during the transition to OSS.
