Job Description

As a key contributor to the Tensor ecosystem, you will collaborate with existing developers and market-makers to enhance product development and technical implementation. This role involves supporting the growth of our open-source community by addressing challenges and providing guidance. You will also play a vital role in expanding our user base through strategic outreach and onboarding initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality documentation to ensure clarity and usability for all stakeholders. With the upcoming transition to open-source, your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our OSS repos and forums.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with existing developers and market-makers to troubleshoot technical issues and refine product strategies within the Tensor framework.
Identify and onboard new developers and market-makers, ensuring they understand Tensor’s architecture, tools, and community guidelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including API guides, tutorials, and technical specifications, to support user adoption and developer integration.
Oversee the maintenance and improvement of our open-source repositories, ensuring code quality, version control, and community engagement.
Prepare and deliver demos, presentations, and educational content to showcase Tensor’s capabilities to potential users, partners, and investors.
Act as a liaison between the development team and the broader community, fostering collaboration and addressing feedback to improve product offerings.
Contribute to the design and implementation of tools and resources that simplify the onboarding process for new contributors.
Monitor and analyze community activity to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for growth within the Tensor ecosystem.

Job Requirements
