Job Description
1. Responsible for business analysis and diagnostic evaluation of various business modules in Turkey, providing effective operational efficiency optimization suggestions based on current business conditions, while also consolidating business analysis methodologies.
2. Collaborate with various business teams to conduct specialized analysis on key focus areas, including but not limited to conversion, marketing, customer acquisition, and industry benchmarking, and drive the implementation of these analyses in business operations.
3. Establish and maintain a business analysis data system, responsible for the creation and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in business management and risk monitoring.
4. Conduct analysis and calculations based on business needs, continuously track and study leading business analysis systems domestically and internationally, and iteratively improve internal processes.
5. Understand the user service chain and service strategies, and provide targeted analysis and guidance based on business characteristics.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth business analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute specialized projects and ensure their successful implementation.
- Develop and refine data-driven metrics to enhance business performance and risk management.
- Stay updated with global industry trends and best practices to continuously improve internal analysis frameworks.
- Analyze user service workflows and strategies to provide data-backed recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Prior experience in business analysis, strategic analysis, or consulting is highly preferred, with a focus on strategy, business analysis, or opportunity exploration.
- Strong communication skills, logical and structured thinking, and experience in driving analytical projects to practical implementation.
- High sensitivity to data, with a curious and proactive mindset for continuous learning.
