Job Description:
This role involves working closely with the Chairman to develop and implement the company's overall strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding market strategies, defining the company's positioning within the industry, and ensuring efficient management practices.
- Assist the Chairman in formulating the company's overall strategic planning.
- Expand market strategies to define the company's direction and positioning within the industry.
- Maintain efficient management rhythms to ensure accountability and decision-making. Coordinate with departmental teams to oversee P&L and key performance indicators.
- Identify market opportunities and risks, providing real-time adjustments to business leaders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitors, formulating and implementing strategic decisions.
- Work with internal departments to optimize organizational structures and business processes, driving growth and market share.
- Coordinate and manage various departments to guide their rapid development.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong business and operational acumen with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships—effective communication with internal stakeholders at all levels is essential.
- 10+ years of experience in finance and blockchain trading business is preferred.
- Graduated from a top-tier university with an MBA, BA, or BS degree.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Chinese.
