Key Responsibilities
- Mastermind operational strategy development, identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges in Web3 ecosystems such as blockchain scalability, decentralized governance, and cross-chain interoperability.
- Cultivate a collaborative culture by coordinating cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and business development—through regular strategic alignment meetings and shared KPI frameworks.
- Ensure strategic plans are operationalized through continuous monitoring, resource allocation, and performance tracking to create measurable impact on business outcomes.
