We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) expansion and rebate community operations in English-speaking regions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with trading-focused influencers, community leaders, and affiliate partners to drive user engagement and trading activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard English-speaking trading KOLs, KOCs (Key Opinion Consumers), community leaders, trading groups, and rebate partners.
- Manage team leaders, KOCs, and community leaders while promoting the integration of TG Bot into external Telegram communities.
- Operate Ave.ai's rebate community by organizing registration campaigns, trading activities, order-sharing events, AMAs, and rebate programs.
- Assign unique invitation links or rebate codes to each KOL and community leader for tracking purposes.
- Monitor and analyze data on invites, registrations, active traders, and trading volumes generated by each code.
- Maintain long-term partnerships to enhance community trading engagement and user retention.
- Evaluate channel performance based on real data and allocate budgets to high-performing channels that drive consistent registrations and trading activity.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Web3 KOL expansion, affiliate marketing, or community operations in English-speaking markets.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English for independent outreach, negotiations, and community management.
- Familiarity with X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, and English-speaking crypto trading communities.
- Understanding of Meme coins, spot trading, perpetual contracts (Perp), and rebate partnership models.
- Existing connections with trading-focused KOLs, community leaders, or rebate channels are a strong advantage.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to foster community engagement and trading enthusiasm.
Performance Metrics:
- Number of active KOLs and community leaders onboarded.
- Activation status of rebate codes and partnerships.
- Registration rates, first-time traders, recurring traders, and trading volumes generated through channels.
- Growth and activity levels of the rebate community, including ROI on campaigns.
- Note: Performance is measured by tangible results, not superficial metrics like DM counts or post frequency.
