Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and enhance our online community engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community interactions, planning activities, and fostering a vibrant and active user base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage community drainage, user retention, and activity, plan activities to promote user communication and on-site conversion.
 - Handle CM/MOD recruitment, management, and training to ensure a strong and effective moderation team.
 - Develop a community growth plan to attract new members, increase community participation, and boost interaction frequency.
 - Seek industry KOLs and community collaborations for joint promotion and cross-community activities.
 - Independently plan, organize, and execute activities, ensuring smooth progress of budget and activity details.
 - Conduct research on KOL and community collaboration, and develop operational plans for implementation.
 
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a similar role.
 - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple activities and collaborations.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users and KOLs effectively.
 - Ability to analyze community metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement.
 - Creative mindset to develop innovative activities and growth plans.
 - Experience in budget management and activity execution.
