Job Description:
The Community Operations Specialist (Crypto Focus | KOL Traffic Conversion) will be responsible for managing and converting user traffic from KOLs/communities into active platform users. This role requires expertise in community engagement, user conversion, and data-driven optimization within the crypto and Web3 space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert user traffic from KOLs/communities, guiding users through Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
- Drive the user conversion funnel from joining groups → registration → app download → completing transactions to form a closed-loop conversion process.
- Design and execute community activities (Q&A sessions, rewards, airdrops, check-in tasks, etc.) to improve retention and conversion rates.
- Maintain community engagement by addressing user inquiries and ensuring new users quickly familiarize themselves with the platform to complete registration/transactions.
- Assist in tracking KOL campaign data, providing timely feedback on conversion performance, and proposing optimization strategies.
- Generate regular community operation reports covering key metrics such as new users, activity levels, retention rates, and conversion rates.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in community operations or user operations, preferably in cryptocurrency or Web3 industries.
- Familiarity with overseas community platforms like Telegram/Discord, with the ability to design and execute user engagement campaigns.
- Strong customer service mindset and execution skills to efficiently convert KOL-driven traffic.
- Fluent in English as a working language.
