Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy that aligns with our game's objectives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating high-quality content, and building strong relationships with our player base and content creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, develop and execute the community strategy in alignment with the game’s goals
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing to ensure community activities are fully integrated
- Own the creation and distribution of engaging, high quality community content
- Explore and drive the development of innovative new forms of community content
- Understand trends within the community and provide the team with insights
- Represent our players within the team and the rest of the company
- Manage a global team of external community managers and creative partners
- Attract, build & manage strong relationships with existing and new content creators
- Regularly track & report on community metrics
- Use data to assess and improve the performance of community activities
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing innovative content
- Experience managing external teams and creative partners
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills
