Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Operations Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of our Web3 project. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and optimization to ensure the project achieves its goals efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the project's long-term success by contributing to product design, token economic models, and governance mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full cycle operation of the Web3 project, including planning, execution, and optimization, to ensure efficient achievement of project goals.
- Deeply participate in product design, token economic models, and governance mechanisms to promote the long-term development of project ecology.
- Community ecological construction and growth: Lead the global community building of Web3 projects, linking KOLs, developers, and ecological partners to expand project influence and create highly cohesive decentralized communities.
- Develop quantifiable operational strategies (growth, retention, monetization) based on market trends and project positioning, and coordinate the efficient execution of development, marketing, and other teams.
- Resource integration and cross-team collaboration: Coordinate internal and external resources (technology, market, investment, etc.) to drive project milestones and ensure delivery quality and timeliness.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3 project management, with a strong understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized ecosystems.
- Ability to design and implement token economic models and governance mechanisms.
- Strong community management skills, with experience in building and growing global decentralized communities.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities, with a focus on quantifiable results.
- Strong collaboration and resource coordination skills, capable of working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of market trends in the Web3 space and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
