Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all marketing campaigns for their company or department
- Implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Promote a business, product, or service through various channels
- Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
- Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support
- Update senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns
- Supervise and manage all marketing activities of the company
- Execute market strategies effectively
- Responsible for promoting company business, products and services
- Enhance company communications to attract potential customers and maintain existing ones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, or customer support
- Monitor and report the progress of marketing activities and follow up on campaign results
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in marketing management or similar role
- Strong understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
- Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred
