Job Description:
As the core leader responsible for expanding the European market, focusing on the Perp DEX sector, you will rapidly penetrate key European markets (Germany, Netherlands, Turkey, Russia, France, etc.) through KOL ecosystem development, business resource integration, and growth strategy execution. Your mission is to establish brand influence and achieve breakthrough trading volumes, embodying an entrepreneurial mindset and execution capability to build markets "from 0 to 1".
Key Responsibilities:
- European Market Growth Strategy: Deeply analyze the European DeFi/Perp DEX market landscape and user preferences (e.g., trading habits, community ecosystems) to formulate targeted growth strategies (acquisition, retention, transaction conversion). Lead the breakdown and execution of quarterly/monthly GMV targets, KOL collaboration goals, and community growth objectives.
- KOL Ecosystem Development: Build and expand a network of Perp DEX/DeFi vertical KOLs, YouTubers, and industry opinion leaders (KOCs) in Europe. Manage negotiations, contracts, and long-term relationships while organizing co-branded promotions, live roadshows, and trading challenges to enhance brand exposure and user conversion.
- Core Business Resource Expansion: Develop and maintain partnerships with key European stakeholders, including project teams, wallet providers, crypto communities, and exchanges. Drive ecosystem collaborations (e.g., asset integration, cross-platform traffic, community initiatives) to unlock high-value channels supporting market growth.
- Community Operations & Brand Localization: Lead the setup and management of local European communities (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X). Design engagement activities (e.g., trading competitions, AMAs, offline meetups) tailored to regional preferences, fostering brand professionalism and user loyalty.
- Market Feedback & Strategy Iteration: Monitor European market trends and competitor moves (e.g., HyperLiquid, Bybit’s regional tactics). Gather user/partner feedback to produce analytical reports, guiding localized optimizations for product features and operational strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Mandatory Criteria:
- Location & Language: Permanent residency in Europe (Germany/Netherlands/Turkey/Russia/France preferred) or willingness for frequent travel. Fluency in Chinese + at least one European language (English required; German/French/Russian/Turkish preferred).
- Industry Expertise: 2+ years in blockchain business development, KOL management, or market growth, with hands-on experience in Perp DEX or leading Perp CEX platforms (e.g., Bybit, Bitget, Phemex). Deep understanding of Perp DEX mechanics (AMM/Order Book, funding rates, liquidation logic, multi-chain compatibility).
- Resources & Skills: Established network of European DeFi/KOLs/projects/wallets/crypto communities. Proven track record in independently securing and executing partnerships. Strong negotiation and resource integration skills.
