05 Sales / BD Growth / BD Manager
Mission
- Drive user and trader acquisition for our Quant Trading AI product (with historical performance of up to 133% annually)
- Lead growth through KOLs, affiliates, and strategic crypto partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collaborate with KOLs, affiliates, and trading communities
- Build and expand partner networks to drive user deposits
- Launch and optimize referral/agent programs
- Support user onboarding and product adoption
- Track and own KPIs: new users, deposits, and retained volume
Job Requirements:
- Background in crypto, exchanges, or trading
- Strong partnership-building and networking skills
- Growth-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Proactive, strong communication skills, KPI-focused
- Existing network within trading or KOL communities is a plus
