Job Description:
As a Regional Contract BD (English-speaking regions / North America, Europe & Americas), you will be responsible for driving business development and growth strategies in the specified markets. Your role will focus on expanding and maintaining key local resources while enhancing trading volume and user engagement.
- Lead contract business development in English-speaking regions, including North America and Europe, by formulating and executing localized growth strategies.
- Expand and maintain key local resources, including KOLs, trading teams, introducing brokers (IBs), communities, market makers (MMs), and channel partners.
- Drive trading volume growth through incentive programs such as referral systems, rebate mechanisms, trading competitions, and promotional campaigns to enhance user activity and trading depth.
- Build and manage local communities (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, Discord) to strengthen user engagement and brand influence.
- Conduct in-depth research on local user trading behaviors and competitive landscapes to continuously refine BD and growth strategies.
Job Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong background in exchange contract business development and a deep understanding of the trading ecosystem.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in exchange contract business development.
- Strong familiarity with contract trading ecosystems, including KOLs and trading communities.
- Proven local resources and execution experience in English-speaking markets (Core Requirement ⭐).
- Demonstrated success in user growth and trading volume expansion (e.g., managing trading volume, organizing campaigns).
- Excellent business development and negotiation skills with the ability to independently drive partnerships.
